ANNOUNCEMENT OF STAFF OPENING FOR ENCLAVE DEVELOPER JVS announces a staff opening for a full time (40 hours per week) Enclave Developer in its Supported Employment located in Detroit. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, human resource development, or related field preferred. Two to four years experience in sales, job placement/job development and/or enclave development preferred. One year experience with placing individuals with multiple barriers preferred. Fluency in American Sign Language preferred. Interpersonal skills sufficient to communicate with participants, employers, public and staff. Composition skills sufficient to prepare required reports. Driving record must meet safe driving standards as established by Agency insurance company. Valid Michigan driver's license. ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

SALARY AND RELATED: Salary is based on experience and training. Benefits include a Blue Cross/Blue Shield PPO or HMO for individual coverage. Family coverage is available under a premium-sharing plan. Option is available to substitute $1,560 per year in lieu of health insurance. Other benefits include vacation, sick leave, life insurance, long-term disability, and retirement when eligibility requirements are met.
