Title: Caregiver Support Group (Afternoon Session)

| The Caregiver Support Group (afternoon session) will meet on Tuesday, April 13, from 1:30pm - 3:30pm. | A caregiver support group (afternoon session) will meet on the 2nd floor, at the Southfield JVS location (29699 Southfield Road, Southfield, Michigan, 48076), for anyone who is in need of support and information in caring for someone with memory loss. This afternoon session will be held the second Tuesday of each month, from 1:30pm to 3:30pm. This additional group is partially supported under a grant from the U.S. department of Health and Human Services, Administration on Aging and is called the FCAN project – Family Caregiver Access Network.
